iGaming Digital Media Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Monetize Social Media Projects: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue from our existing social media assets : preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, media plans, and proposals to secure contracts and upsell additional services.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with clients across Brazil : negotiate and close deals for sponsored content placements on the media sections of our in-house sites like Trivela, Umdoisesportes, and Lakersbrasil.
- Understanding clients’ marketing objectives, industry trends, and audience insights to propose tailored media solutions.
- Run CPM/CPC Campaigns: Manage and optimize CPM (Cost Per Mille) campaigns across our network of sites. Collaborating with internal teams to address operational challenges and customize campaigns for optimal performance.
- Monetize Media and Social Assets: Identify untapped opportunities to commercialize our media and social media inventory, such as affiliate partnerships, native ads, and custom integrations.
- Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and staying informed about competitor activity and market trends
- Conducting regular client check-ins, attending industry events, and representing the company in networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in media sales or brand partnerships, including expertise in programmatic and social media monetization.
- Strong understanding of media platforms : you have a network of contents in agencies and relevant brands for sports and iGaming
- Strong interest in sports and solid understanding of the sports calendar to identify and leverage sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ambitious, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for building lasting client relationships
