As our Business Manager you will
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Lead market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitive threats.
Define and execute ROW Markets focused growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Develop and validate monetization approaches (RevShare, CPA, CPL, CPM, hybrid).
Balance short-term wins with long-term vision via structured roadmaps.
Performance & P&L Management
Track KPIs including FTDs, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and revenue by channel.
Maintain full visibility of P&L and use insights to prioritize initiatives and drive ROI.
Build and maintain dashboards for transparent performance tracking.
Commercial Growth & Partnerships
Maximize affiliate revenue and diversify income streams (media campaigns, branded content, partnerships).
Identify and secure strategic alliances, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities.
Maintain strong, transparent relationships with partners and operators.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
Monitor iGaming regulations and ensure all campaigns comply with local laws.
Proactively mitigate risks, adapt content, and manage market entry/exit strategies.
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team across sales, content, and market operations.
Define quarterly/semester hiring needs and lead recruitment processes.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
Product & Service Innovation
Collaborate with Product, SEO, and Content teams to optimize CRO, UX, funnels, and new formats.
Suggest and coordinate A/B tests to improve performance.
Your profile should include :
Proven track record in business management, preferably in sports media, iGaming, or digital marketing.
Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
Data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical skills.
Skilled leader who inspires performance and drives results.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Russian, Bulgarian, Polish, or Czech is a plus.
