About the role : 

As our first Senior Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the frameworks that ensure our business units, product teams, and tech teams work seamlessly together. You will drive operational efficiency, champion agile methodologies, and help create a culture of continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact the speed and quality of our product and technology development.

As our Senior Delivery Lead you will

• Develop and implement best-in-class delivery processes tailored to our company’s needs.
• Act as the central point of contact for optimizing workflows across business, product, and tech teams.
• Coach teams on Agile and Lean principles to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
• Define and monitor key delivery performance metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between delivery frameworks and business goals.
• Drive a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.

Your profile should include :

• Proven experience with at least 5 years as a Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or similar role in a high-growth, tech-driven environment ideally in the iGaming affiliate marketing sector.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience implementing them at scale.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role with the ability to guide teams through change and growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive process improvements.
• Understanding of modern software development processes and collaboration tools.
• A proactive, hands on approach with a focus on problem solving and innovation.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, often with an emphasis on product launches, software implementations, and operational improvements.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday.com or Notion for tracking project progress and documentation is often required.
• While the role might not require deep technical expertise, a solid understanding of web development, CMS, affiliate marketing platforms, and digital marketing is important to effectively manage the delivery of tech driven projects in iGaming.
